*** YES it can be updated.It have a flash Rom memory as far as I can remeber.so, it can have new functions too. last update was in 1998. I ment it can be fixed but Roland would never do that.


I realize that the G1000/EM2000 do not

of the E500OR. Why the heck Roland doesn't
come up with a replacement for the E500OR,
(or at least a JV/SRX expansion card)is beyond me.

the "EM50 OR" has ALL the oriental sounds
and drumkits of the "E500 OR". Is this correct?
