looks to me like you got the wrong clock rate at 100.
I put 133 in mine:KINGSTON VALUE RAM KVR133X72C3/512 512MB ECC PC133 133MHZ CL3 168-PIN SDRAM DIMM

that is the site where I bought it and it spells out the part number with the pc133 clock rate.
