Man its almost 3 months without even a reply. I am one of the dissapointed owners of the xd3. The thing that bothers me is that AJ asked you to post problems (you did), why ask if He's not going to communicate. What's up with that ??Ketron wants to know how to wake up US arranger market. duh how about customer service and retention. Since xd3 I must of bought 10 synths of other brands passing up on Ketron because of poor product support. Man I just get more irritated when I see my unusable xd3 sitting in my studio. Maybe I should put it in the closet. Flavie we got dissed. Sorry guys just venting my fustrations.
