Gene, if the buttons are problematic a little while after cleaning, it may be that the actual contacts under the button are losing their 'springiness', for want of a better word. Best to get the dodgy ones replaced before they fail on a gig - Murphy's Law, and all that. This may even be a d-i-y job. I'm sure some of the resident Ketron guys can chime in on this one for you.
