captain Russ Senior Member Registered: 01/02/04 Posts: 7319 Loc: Lexington, Ky, USA	Since a recent injury, I have had to rely on arrangers to work about 40-50% of my jobs. Still would prefer not to use them, but glad I have them right now! Russ
