Just by holding down the "down arrow" button underneath the style part for a few seconds SOLOs that part until you press the same button again. Its great for isolating style parts while adding effects and eq.

Yep, I use this one a lot too, and though this one's merely mentioned in tiny print in the user manual, it's definitely a very useful one that can be so easily overlooked.
As I already mentioned over my many years at sz, here's a truly 'hidden feature' on all Yamaha arrangers that's never even mentioned in any Yamaha owners manuals:
'Rootless Jazz Chord Types' recognized in Fingered Mode:

F1-C2-E2: Dm79 iim79

E1-A1-D2: C69 I69
* the above ii-V7-I rootless chord voicing progression is recognized in the other 11 keys as well: total: 12 keys.
