My wife's ex Art Teacher(a good friend of ours) rang me to tell me she has problems with her PSR 3000, she left it switched on for 2 days in error.
She lives 100 miles from us and I was unable to look at her keyboard to see for myself. She describes a pattern on the display screen with lines,it still has sound etc but obviously she cant us it in this state. Personally I think there an electronic problem somewhere.
I have advised her to get an engineer to take a look at it.

By any chance might this be a minor problem which a factory reset might rectify?

Any thoughts?
