The first thing I recommend is go to any site that you have a login for and change that password asap! (ebay, netbanking, any website that you had that same email address registered)

If you want to go the extreme -
Reformat the PC and install new AV Software. There is a chance that a keylogger could be sitting on your PC somewhere as well...
