I loved my E80 and still have an E50. My main criticisms of the 80 (and 70) were the heavy weight, no good Fill-Breaks, no sub-folders.
BTW most of the features you like are on the Audya as well, except for musicfinder. The E80 did have MP3 player, but I never got around to using it. Same with Audya.
So many great choices now . . .
