Thanks guys. These are good suggestions. I was told a full installation was necessary, by the factory tech, based on the failure to connect to the net after he made some changes. Actually,I got on after the changes,but when I closed the browser and tried again,it failed.

I am going to try a repair, as suggested. What have I got to lose ?
