Yes Phil, this is already in existence for years, it was/is made in Germany, now they
have new models. It was intended at the time for Balkan use but things changed since then
changed. It is the ONLY competitor to MediaStation but in a different way, it is not a synth
it is a computer which also comes with TouchScreen small Monitor that you put on top of your
controller. It is not like OpenLabs, it is a truly integrated and Open System machines,
works on Windows but not regular Windows, it is a different Music Work version. It can work
and install every plugin and ws available for for Pc. Many people have it, in the hundreds
and i know a lot of them also personally, the big three cant compete with this. When bought
you get a Sound Library GM compatible and after that you expand. They come in few different
models, configurations and prices. I think its based on a custom Made Live Styler but i am
not sure yet. The inventor is a guy who is one of Yamaha's engineers. I dont own one and not
planing to since i dont need one, i just built my own Studio Machine from scratch but still,
this is not something to laugh at, it is something very serious and maybe more serious then
the MS itself, it is not Linux based or locked into some configurations, it is something you
can do anything but Musically, not PC wise like Open Labs...as we always say now, the future.
