The problem is that Ketron the manufacturer messed this up again.
They created an update for the Audya on a pen drive. They said it is to be free for the consumer.
However, instead of Ketron the manufacturer absorbing the cost, Ketron the manufacturer told the distributors that they must absorb the cost.
And now you are seeing the negative effects of territorial distributorship.
That is why Ketron will continue to do bad because the distributors and the manufacturers are always at odds and the consumers are left to suffer.
Makes you wonder what will happen to Audya owners who bought their Audya second hand and hear there is a free update and because of the distributor they can not get it.
