I wouldn't put it in until you had the entire package.

No knowing WHAT issues will come up if you do them separately. You can be SURE that Ketron's engineers worked on both at the same time, and possibly spent little time beta testing OS4 on an Audya that DIDN'T have the new sounds and loops.

It just seems prudent to wait, IMO...
