I'd say, if Ketron won't do it, first guy that gets the DVD puts it up on a Torrent site. Then hosting is shared, no servers crash, and you ought to get fairly decent d/l times on broadband...

Just make sure whoever posts it gets a checksum from the file, and posts that zipped up with the file. We don't want a repeat of Tony's odyssey...
