Although that repetitive stuff goes only so far with me, I though this was a cool little piece. Very interesting keyboards as well.

Personally, I didn't mind the choice of sounds in the least. In fact I thought they lent themselves well to the material being performed. I'll agree that if a popular tune is being played that used a trumpet or some other instrument as a melody line, and a keyboardist is going to try and duplicate it, by all means stay within the frequency and technical range of the particular instrument. But I think it is perfectly fair for a performer to make the decision on what sound(s) to choose, either similar to or completely unique of other instruments for their performance. Just my opinion.
