Thing is, as long as you can basically get either a style or an SMF in sync start after each other (which you can do to a fashion on the G70), it's not like you actually NEED this feature if you are just looking for a 'riff replacement'. The thing that made the Chord sequencer so awesome was it recorded the changes AS YOU PLAYED THEM, so it was completely interactive, and needed no setting up in advance. By the time you have gone to the bother of creating an SMF with the changes you THINK you might need on them, you might as well just go the whole hog, make a MIDI file of the whole damn thing, and drop Markers in so you can change the arrangement on the fly...

It's a cool feature, but really no substitute for the real thing...
