It seems only 5080 can show the OS version, I don't know how to do that in 3080...
I don't know how to connect my computer with smartmedia card either...

I just use Roland's UpdSMF software to dump sysex datas via standard midi files to my 3080 and the smartmedia card still works fine after upgrading my OS.
