Interesting concept, George. But I'm curious as to why anyone that would want to put a multitrack piece together would choose this over the infinitely easier option of using a laptop or desktop computer...

Two track, four track, even eight track field recorders are cheap these days (for those that don't want to record on a laptop in the field), but all of them are maddeningly frustrating to complete a mix, or do little fixes and overdubs compared to a nice computer DAW.

A highly technical solution to a problem that only faces technophobes, I fear...
