The S90xs is 45 lbs - in the same category as a Roland G70.

I have come to realize that the PSR series is in and of itself a home keyboard. Yamaha has been true to its philosophy and kept all the PSR series a home keyboard - plastic body, smaller & lighter keys, just enough TOTL features to attract semi-pro and pro players. The exception to that philospohy was the 9000 "Pro," the precursor of the Tyros.

Yamaha's pro keyboard is the Tyros series. the build quality is better, as are the key feel and features.

Yamaha has the makings of a 76-key board in their YPG625. They just refuse to go all the way with the arranger concept.
