I can relate, quite well, to those words, Russ.

I do very well at restaurant gigs, and at a few of them, they include a free meal, of my choosing, at the end of my gig.

With my cooking being so bad that the flies chipped in to fix the hole in the screen door, I'm happy to get a nice dinner, or supper....no dishes to wash, either.
