You stated she was probably the best woman singer of our time. You didn't say she was the highest selling female vocalist of our time, so when I read it, I was thinking talent not sales figures.

By this measure, we should all accept that the band KISS is better than lets say the Dixie Dregs simply because they had highest sales figures and chart positions?

If you meant sales figures, then she's the top...but you didn't say that.
