That is super inspiring. It's great to hear from people that are driven towards a goal. Just have fun exercising and keep on digging the healthy food, and it will be a life-long thing.
My mom was put on a diet. She was told to eat for two days, and then to skip for a day. Then to eat for another two days and then to skip for a day. Anyway, she sprained an ankle from skipping all day.
