Two things I, personally, would miss from the 3000 would be the the ability to sit down and clearly see the display, and loosing the Smart Media Card storage. Yeah, I know it has a USB drive, but you need to remove that when transporting. The Smart Media Card is almost like having a 128-meg hard drive in the keyboard.
