Firstly thanks everyone for the recommendations. I did go to Denmark St. last week, there are like 10 musical instruments stores, but most of them only keep guitars (huge selection!) and the 2-3 that keep keyboards only have low-end arrangers and/or electric stage pianos. Still it was lots of fun and I ended up buying too many sheet music books.
