Haven't seen a Prelude (except Honda) or GW8, but I feel the E50 is the most under-rated arranger around.
It sounds good, has many features, is light-weight. I just got it as a fill-in until the Audya arrives, but I like it more and more every night. Can't see parting with it any time soon, even after I get something else, if that ever happens.
