RPS - Realtime Phrase Sequence

This is one thing the jx305 has over on the XP30

I have it on my XP50 and it comes with any XP synth that has an onboard sequencer.

What happens is that you record a pattern. Perhaps a drum & Bass loop or a sweepy ambient synth riff. You then assign the pattern to a certain key (C#1 or E or whatever) and then when you select RPS mode the Pattern Starts.

Quite useful if you enjoy loop style compositions.

I would still stick with the XP30 because the arpeggiator is great. I cannot wait to get my hands on a Techno expansion board but you will already have those sounds on either of these synths.
