The omni is most probably the problem, although I didn't get that information from earlier threads - had to figure this out myself after research (which I should've done to begin with).

So, sent it back and might stay with Shure w/the Countryman E6DW7.

One more question - what Airline 77 headset? Anyone tried this? Having an all in all unit might be interesting.
