i'd like to have your oppinion on which of these soundclick type of websites are faster and more reliable?

i already have a soundclick band account, but sometimes it is quite slow.

also, i'd like to be able to have a player
displayed on my website, without having to host the music files myself, since i do not have very much space for that. what would be your advice?
