A small independent dealer who gave me a small independent price. Since I work for an independent MI store, I understand what a fair price and profit margin is. He shot me a price I accepted.

I am not a fan of big box music stores. I always look for the smaller dealers and realize they have better prices and can operate on lower margins, in many cases due to lower overhead and no expensive corporate staffs to pay. You have to find a dealer that is well diversified though with high margin items and a diversity of products.

IN any case I believe I made the correct choice for my needs and look forward to sharing ideas and tips.
