Yes to both...

You would just hook the 1/4" outs of the E80 to the Zoom (you'll need an adaptor, because the Zoom's line ins are 1/8" stereo mini jack), and a 1/8" stereo mini-jack to RCA cable to take the line outs of your Zoom to the aux ins of the E80 (for playback). The Zoom supplies the mini-jack to RCA cable, a USB cable, PS, earbuds, and mike and table stands for the Zoom. Only thing you need to buy is a stereo minijack to 2 1/4" male (or 1/8" to RCA and adapters, possibly easier to find).
