You can't... (simple answer)

The E80 (and all Roland arrangers) only operate as USB slaves, NOT masters.

This means, to transfer files into an E80, you either have to hook to a computer or laptop, or load the data into a card, and then transfer from the card into the E80's memory disk, or leave the card in and work directly from that.
