The XG voices on PSR 2000 also have less volume than Panel voices.

On PSR 2000 we can record Pads when recording our song.

I understand why XG voices have less volume. The XG is to mainly play external MIDIs and these have usually 127 assigned to each track volume.

Yamaha had used this philosophy also in earlier Keyboards like 630, 730 and 740.
