YAMAHA mixed up twice when I requested the SW1000XG demo CD. I can't remember what they did first time. The second time they sent me the EX5 manual. I wrote to them in frustration and finally got what I asked for. Nevertheless, they were responsive (unlike KORG) and very polite all the time.
