Pa80 is really a great board, and there are a couple of hardware and software addons to raise it furthermore.

But (there's always a but), despite its upgadability, it is aged, and it really need a refresh.

So, unless you are a KORG maniac (as I am!), I think that Terry's solution is maybe the best approach (but is your budget enough?).
