You are running Windows 9x?
There are two ways to get DOS mode:
1) At boot time, press F8 and choose Command Prompt only in the boot menu, or 2) When running Windows, press Start, Shutdown, choose Restart computer in DOS mode. In DOS mode the Sdisk program will work correctly.
