I don't think you are doing anything wrong. I went to the site and it says " The file you requested is temporarily unavailable ".

I put it up at yousendit as well. Here is the link:

Just click where it asks you to download the file ( No login necessary )

The file is also available in the file section at the Yahoo Group "Making Styles".
