I sell both of these products and I would definetely recommend the PSRS500 for ease of operation. The GW7 requires you choose styles and sounds by scrolling only and the factory styles are not as good as the Yamaha. There is also no provision for storage except by USB to the computer and the Yamaha can do this and has a USB jump drive connection. The Roland has many middle eastern and Indian and Chinese styles and fewer Western styles than the Yamaha. There are no speakers on the GW7.
