If you click on this URL directly, you will be taken to the Japanese site. But put the URL into AltaVista's Babel Translation Service, and it will retrieve the page and translate it for you. You can also click on any of the links in the translated version and Babel will get the new link and translate that as well. Thus, you can explore more information about the 2100. But, it is not overly exciting news.
