The K-series will not read a mac formatted CD-ROM. We will read AIF files, but not off a Mac disk. If the material is not available in PC format or in native Kurzweil, Roland or Akai format...then you could possibly load the aif files into your mac and burn them onto a PC formatted CD-ROM.
