I hear ya Gary...I guess I was referring to some of the large elevated stages that we play on, where there's a clean up crew after the show. I've often thought about the idea of mounting a rubber pad on the bottom side of a volume pedal. I do guitar work as well while doing kbs, so the floor below me often looks like an electronic store blew up, with half a dozen stomp boxes and two volume controls, along with a snake or two.
