John C. is one of the nicest guys in the biz I have ever met: not only excellent player and revered teacher, but he was kind enough to give me over an hour of his time at his home studio to help me with the Technics kn-2600 I had at the time. (have since sold it after i got an E60) he is a whiz on the kn-7000, and loves it like no other. how many of you married guys would have this happen?: as i was leaving, i mentioned to his wife how nice it was of John to give me his time. her response: "John is a GREAT MAN." wow!
