What a great trip! One of our biggest clients is an Italian manufacturer of spiral staircase kits. The line is called ARKE and is manufacturered by a group called Albini & Fontanot. The product is in Lowe's now and were working on the Home Depot introduction.
We work with the American branch in Boston. Have no idea where the factory is and have had no contact with anyone from the factory or headquarters. that's the way a lot of our business is these days.
