If I were to take the plunge into the world of sequencing software, what would be an easy, user-friendly program to consider?

I own a PSR-E403. It has a USB. It also has an XGlite set and panel tones, including some of the 'sweet' and 'cool' voices. I assume all the voices can be triggered by the software.
