An interesting spec the Tyros 2 hardware has.
The limit of 137Gb hard drive addressing and the use of 168pin memory would indicate that the hardware used in the Tyros 2 is some years old.
I say this because the above limits and type of memory were what used to be in Pentium 3 computers, and which haven’t been mainstream for quite some time now, I know Wersi haven’t been using P3s since about 2002/2003.
Out of curiosity what do other manufactures (Korg, Roland etc) use.
