Hi Terry. I like to comment on your three songs if I may. The chords are all good, as far as I knew the songs - I never heard of the song "to really love a woman". You sing very well. What makes it very demo-like is the quality of the instruments, something which is not your fault.
The song I didn't know sounded best, because of the guitars. Probably because you use the sound of a fretless bass (that's how it sounds), the definiton of the bass-sound is poor. Maybe you could EQ it. (It might also be due to the mp3 quality).
But I would like to hear you with a real band or at least with an expensive keyboard like the Tyros 2. You deserve it.
The bassline on Clair was very nice. I'd like to hear a ritenuto at the end of Clair. Not just because it is so in the original, but it makes a better finish of the song. Now it seems to end abruptly - do you know what I mean?
