Scott, you will love this keyboard.
I've been PREDICTING this 'all along'.

That's why for the very FIRST time, I broke from my usual keyboard purchasing rule of auditioning BEFORE buying. Still, with my dealer's 45 day full refund option, I guess there's really no risk here.
btw: I had a buddy who owns both the Tyros kb & Tyros speakers run a test to determine just how long it takes to setup/breakdown the speakers. Total setup/breakdown time is just a matter of seconds (under 20). The weight of the Tyros speakers (including subwoofer) is onlyl 12 lbs, so the total weight of keyboard (27 lbs) and speakers is no more than the Technics KN7000, and substantially less than the PSR9000 and speakerless 9000pro (both nearly 50 lbs). Frankly, I'm pretty convinced the Tyros speaker setup inconvenience expressed by Uncle Dave will end up being a 'non' issue (at least for me), especially considering all the terrific enhanced features the Tyros has to offer. On top of that, I would expect that the Tyros speakers would sound better than any 'built in' speakers could.
Note: I was informed by Steve Deming (Yamaha USA) today that the official Yamaha
Tyros carrying case (with wheels) includes a built in area to hold the Tyros satellite speakers including snap on brackets. The Subwoofer however would have to be transported in another gig bag.
Anyway, my Tyros excitement builds with each new discovery of what the Tyros offers.
Scott
