The Ketron SD1 has a reputation for the OS freezing up. Many people have reported that their SD1 locks up occasionally. I would simply turn the Keyboard off and back on again to see if that corrects it. If it doesn't, try resetting the Keyboard back to the factory Default setting. Then, if you are successful try and Update the OS to the current version. I hope this helps.
