"On Cowbell____________"

The cowbell player has the perfect job. He is always on key, never needs to practice, and even if he is not on time it's OK.
He or she is usually shot between breaks by other members of the band who can't stand it anymore which is why you don't see many of them around.
Maybe it's not the perfect job after all.
