I would only add one thing to Gary's post.
This was a tip given my an old gentleman at my local store. Those 20 screws that Gary mentioned are not the same lenth, & easy to loose! Note: Loosen a screw, don't take it out of the hole, then put a piece of
Scotch Tape over the hole, It will keep the right screw in the right hole, & you won't loose them!
