Guldberg, sounds like you answered your own question.

You’re changing the wrong settings in the programs. You know that chorus that you wanted to control with knob 2 in your other post. Sounds to me like instead of selecting knob 2 you have selected the foot switch.

Which equals the two problems you having.

I suggest you set them back to the factory defaults by reloading the Factory PCG file. You’ll notice that your damper pedal is working perfectly again.
